Our business performance team focuses on maximize performance through assessment, knowledge building, and coaching. We concentrate on implementing strategies and innovative solutions to positively impact changes in behavior and outcomes in the workplace. We provide information for the employees and well as for supervisors, managers, and other leaders who are coaching within the organization. Our goal is to maximize business and individual’s performance results and the overall return on investment.
Performance Management
Performance Management is a continuous process that involves planning, developing, monitoring and rewarding to maximize individual performance in order to improve organizational effectiveness and accomplish the organization’s mission and goals.
Strategic Management
Strategic Management – is a continuous process that centers on the analysis, decisions, and actions an organization performs in order to create and sustain competitive advantages.
Training & Learning
Training – is a development process designed to improve performance. It is a combination of specific activities that lead to skilled behavior. Simply stated, training is learning to perform a behavior.
Learning – is the process whereby knowledge is created. It may occur consciously as part of formal education, training, study, or experience.
Skill Enhancement
Skill Enhancement – is a deliberate process of developing personal skills. The process begins by completing an assessment to measure current skill levels in order to determine the skills and competencies to be enhanced then evolves into a plan that establishes the best course of action to obtain or hone these skills.
Coaching
Coaching – is facilitating the performance, learning, and development of another in order for them to achieve his or her fullest potential. Coaching has the ability to unlock human potential at all levels of performance. It can be done on-on-one or within a group.

Learning & Training | This section provides insight into the development process that involves the acquisition of knowledge, enhancement of skills, or changing of attitudes and behaviors to improve performance. The purpose this section is to present current research and theory on learning in a way that can inform and guide effective training practices. This section focuses on increasing our knowledge by providing information about how learning occurs as well as strategies that enhance learning and retention. We provide tools and instruments to assess personal learning styles, personality preferences, and preferred learning conditions. |
