Interpersonal Skills are those abilities, attitudes, and competencies centered on relationships and interactions with other people.  Interpersonal skills are also referred to as social skills or people skills.  They are a set of skills that include a vast array of other skills from communication and listening to teambuilding and leadershipThese skills can enhance a person’s ability to communicate with, understand, and motivate both individuals and groups.

Strong relationships are a key driver in success, and strong relationships start with good interpersonal skills. Having good skills such as collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution allows you to build relationships with others.
